I had called to get my stove repaired only to be directed to schedule it online. Skeptically, I went to the website, told Terry all about my stove and…  Gordon Bryant's full review its issues, then scheduled a time that worked for me, then hoped for the best. Lo and behold, Terry showed up when I scheduled him, checked out the stove and let me know what parts were needed. A day and a half later he was back with the parts. He showed the parts he was replacing and explained what they did and how they worked. This was by far the best repair service experience I have had. I highly recommend Terry and really enjoyed how he runs his business and treats his customers. Great Job Terry

My double wall oven died the day before Thanksgiving. The broiler in the top oven would not turn off which rendered both ovens inoperable. The only wa…  Edward Broton's full reviewy to turn off the broiler was to flip the breaker. This could have been a disaster since we had 14 people coming for dinner the next day. We knew we had no chance to find a repair person at 2pm the Wednesday before TDay but we thought we would give it a try. We called Terry after finding his business online. We did not know him and never had him do any work for us in the past. We explained the situation over the phone and Terry diagnosed the problem. He then searched for repair parts but due to the age of the oven, they were no longer available. Terry then offered to come to our home and see if he could get the oven operational even though we lived in a neighborhood outside his service area. He showed up and after a short time got both ovens back working. He saved our holiday. This episode should tell you if you should give him a call when you need appliance repair. We highly recommend him.
