  • Parts listed on your invoice that are defective in material or workmanship are warranted for 90 days from the initial service call.
  • Labor listed on your invoice is warranted for 90 days from the initial service call.

All warranty service must be performed by Terry’s Appliance Service.

There is no warranty of any sort for parts or labor addressing issues listed in manufacturer’s service bulletins, for example, Samsung icemaker or defrost problems or LG sealed system problems.

We are happy to apply the manufacturer’s recommended parts and procedures, but do not guarantee a short term or long term successful outcome because the manufacturer does not guarantee a successful outcome.
